Cal State LA Protests

Students have already started protesting at Cal State L.A. to garner attention for their "suffering public school system."

Cal State L.A. students started gathering around 11 a.m. Thursday to protest budget cuts to education funding. It’s part of the national “Day of Action,” a day teachers, students, and parents chose to rally against funding cuts to public schools. The protesters at Cal State L.A. are expected to rally until about 3 p.m., and then will head over to Pershing Square in downtown to meet fellow protesters from other campuses.
